Workshop Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a workshop

My workshop bookings are non-refundable. I appreciate that sometimes-unforeseen circumstances may mean that you can’t attend a workshop so I’m happy for you to send along a friend to take your place, I’ll need their name and contact details prior to the workshop. Alternatively, if you contact me at least 14 days in advance of the start date of the workshop, I can offer a transfer to another workshop on an alternative date, providing there are places available or a workshop is planned for the future. It’s the participants responsibility to check the availability of the workshop they wish to transfer to, of a similar value. All workshop transfers expire after one year from the original workshop date.

My right to cancel a workshop

Should I need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, I’ll aim to give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation. Unfortunately, I cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs.

Parties and Events

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before the date of the party. A maximum reduction of two attendees can be made at least two weeks before the date of the event. I will reduce the outstanding balance accordingly. Reductions in numbers cannot be made less than two weeks before the date of the event and the full balance of the booking must be paid.
